  • Services: Medical consultations and prescriptions, nutrition plans, fitness programs, lifestyle coaching, diagnostics facilitation, subscriptions, or packages.
  • Session: Any scheduled consultation or professional interaction.
  • Package / Program: A bundled set of services delivered over a defined period.

Cancellation Policy

  • Users may cancel scheduled sessions before delivery, subject to timing rules.
  • Cancellations must be made through the Platform or official support channels.
  • Doctor consultation cancellation window: Up to 24 hours before session.
  • Nutrition or fitness session cancellation window: Up to 12-24 hours before session.
  • Program or package cancellation window: Before program activation.
  • Late cancellations may be treated as utilized services.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Customers are eligible to request a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • To qualify, the refund request must include a valid and logical reason (for example product issues, dissatisfaction with results, or incorrect order).
  • In case of approved refunds, the cost of the first month (Rs 3999) of services availed will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

Non-Refundable Services (Critical)

  • Completed consultations or sessions.
  • Missed appointments (no-shows).
  • Personalized plans already created or partially delivered.
  • Diagnostic or third-party services once booked or conducted.
  • Promotional, discounted, or trial services.

  • Users must provide transaction details and reason for request.
  • Requests are reviewed by the operations or compliance team.

  • The decision is final and communicated to the user.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 working days.
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
  • Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment gateways.

Abuse Prevention & Misuse Clause

  • WelloraFit reserves the right to deny refunds for repeated or suspicious requests.
  • WelloraFit may flag or restrict accounts showing refund abuse patterns.
  • WelloraFit may suspend or terminate access in cases of misuse.
  • Examples of abuse include repeated cancellations after service initiation, false claims of non-delivery, and attempting refunds after consuming services.

  • WelloraFit does not reverse professional compensation for legitimately delivered services.
